Uncle A’s Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings
by Anthony Solimini
I love new ideas for the kitchen, and my brother-in-law recently told me about a sauce that he saw advertised called Freshly Grated Parmesan Garlic Hot Sauce! Sounded amazing! So, after a bit of research, I had to try and make my own version! Let me tell you, it needs some fine-tuning, but it’s absolutely game-changing! So rich and delicious!
Just boil the chili, onions, and garlic for about 12-15 minutes. Drain and save a little of the juice. Put that in a food processor and add a little bit t a time of the parmesan and then some vinegar and vegetable oil until you get the right consistency. I like mine thick. Then bake wings and just toss in this sauce. Amazing!
3-4 Thai Bird’s Eye Chili
3-4 Jalapeños
1 Red Onion
4-5 Fresh Garlic Cloves
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
Vinegar
Vegetable Oil
Slat and Pepper to taste
It can easily complement pizza, chicken, burgers, tacos, burritos, ribs, wings, salad dressing, as a dip with tortilla chips or vegetables, and even egg-based breakfast offerings.
