Uncle A’s Meatloaf

MEATLOAF INGREDIENTS MIX ALL and bake in a pie ceramic dish

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 chopped finely garlic clove

1 tsp salt

1 egg

1 minced white onion

2 oz cheddar

2 oz parmesan

sprinkle of oregano

sprinkle of crushed red peppers

GLAZE

1/2 cup ketchup

1tbs brown sugar

1 tsp yellow mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Mix all the glaze ingredients and spread over the un baked meatloaf.

Bake at 350 for 55 minutes
