Uncle A’s Baked Heavenly Harissa Fish

Use whatever fish you prefer. I used Halibut and Corvina  

For the sauce:

1/4 cup Heavenly Harissa

1/4 cup lime juice

2 tsps granulated garlic

  • Preheat oven to 500’
  • Place your white fish on a baking sheet lined with tin foil and season with black pepper
  • In a small bowl mix Heavenly Harissa seasoning with lime juice, and garlic granule’s
  • Spread mixture over the top of your Haddock
  • Put a slice of butter over the top of each piece of fish
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until butter is melted and fish is flaky!
