Uncle A’s Asian-Spiced Pork Roll with Shitake Mushrooms and Potatoes!

 Ingredients:
 1 pork loin (butterflied)
 Uncle A’s Asian Spice (be generous!)
 1 cup sautéed shiitake mushrooms
 2 potatoes (sliced)
 Kitchen string (for tying)

How to Make It:
 Lay the butterflied pork loin flat, season it well with Uncle A’s Asian Spice, and spread the sautéed shiitakes on top.
 Roll it up tight, tie it with string, and sear it on all sides for that golden-brown crust.
 Place it on foil with sliced potatoes, wrap it up, and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

 Let it rest, slice it up, and enjoy the flavor explosion!
