Texas Sugar Chicken Wings

Well, Uncle A did some experimenting this weekend with a product called Texas Sugar made by Meat Church BBQ.
I decided to make my own version and give it a try on chicken wings! It did not disappoint! These wings were so flavorful and delicious!
I dry-rubbed them and put them in the refrigerator for 24 hours! It just gives them better flavor and results! Let them get to room temperature and then bake for 45’ on 400’. Enjoy!
My recipe for Uncle A’s Sugar:
- 4 tablespoons honey powder (google it! You need this in your kitchen!)
- 1 tablespoon Ancho powder
- 2 teaspoons Kashmiri chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dehydrated garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dehydrated chopped onions
Grind in a mortar and pestle!
