Secret Recipe for Crispy BAKED Chicken Wings!

I finally cracked the code! Which code? The chicken wing code!

I love, love, love crispy, sauce dripping, finger-licking, napkin needing, chin dripping, chicken wings, but hate deep frying them! A, the house stinks, and B, they’re not that healthy! 😂

And I was tired of baking powder and other crazy methods!

So, here’s the recipe: Preheat oven to 450’. Boil some water and add your chicken wings and some salt!! When the water boils again, change to simmer for about 10’ minutes.

Drain the wings and pat them really, really dry! Be careful, they’re hot! No baking powder! No salt! No garlic powder! No baking powder! No magic powder! Nothing. Zip. Zero.

Place in a baking rack an cook in a 450’ oven for 40’.

Toss in a bowl with your favorite sauce, and enjoy! Crispy and finger licking good!
