Piel de sapo (Santa Claus Melon) Summer Salad with Carmn's Choice!

Cut up the melon into small pieces

Mix with salad dressing

Serve with fresh mint, cilantro and almonds

Make the dressing: 

• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp Uncle A's Carm's Choice sauce
• 1 tbsp fish
• 1 tbsp coconut or avocado oil
• 1 lime, juiced
