Lobster Fra Diavolo

THREE TO FOUR LOBSTER TAILS
SALT FOR THE PASTA POT
1 POUND OF SPAGHETTI
¼ CUP EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
2 CLOVES GARLIC, PEELED
ONE 35-OUNCE CANS ITALIAN PLUM TOMATOES
2-3 WHOLE DRIED CHILI PEPPERS OF YOUR CHOICE
1 TEASPOON DRIED OREGANO
½ TEASPOON KOSHER SALT
Make pasta according to your preference
In a pan, add olive oil, garlic and sauté for three minutes.
Add lobster tails and let cook for about 5-6 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, chili peppers, oregano and salt.
Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 90 minutes.
Serve over cooked pasta. Enjoy.
