Honey Habanero Steak with Harissa Salad

Uncle A’s Happy Honey Habanero Grilled Ribeye Steak and a Butter Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and Blue Cheese Salad with Heavenly Harissa Dressing!

Remove Ribeye from the refrigerator for 30’. Pat it dry and season with salt pepper and 2 tbsps of Uncle A’s Happy Honey Habanero!

Preheat grill to high, and cook for 4 minutes, flip, and another 4 minutes. Remove, cover with tin foil and let set for 10’.

Salad: Butter Lettuce, Tomatoes, White Onion, Crumbled Blue Cheese.

Salad dressing:
2 tbsps Heavenly Harissa Powder
1 tbsp honey
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsps olive oil
