Harissa Ground Beef Tacos and Honey Habanero Fish Tacos!

For the beef tacos, brown your beef and then add two tbsps of Harissa Spice and 1/2 cup water. Stir and simmer until water is evaporated. for the fish tacos, marinate the fish for two hours in olive oil, lime juice, honey habanero spice and a pinch of salt and pepper. Then bake fish for 15’ at 400’. I use cod but any white fish will do!
I like small yellow corn tortillas. For the filling I use guacamole, Pico de gallo, cheese (cotija for fish and shredded Mexican for the beef) and fresh lime juice. Enjoy!
