Garlic, Chili, Confit!

Simple, yet amazing, Garlic Chili Confit!

Put some dried red peppers 🌶️, fresh garlic cloves 🧄 and a tbsp of Italian oregano🌿 in a small pan, and cover with olive 🫒 oil. Simmer for about 30-35 minutes.

Let cool and store in a canning jar. Stays fresh in the fridge for up to two weeks.

I toasted some bread, drizzled some of the oil and spread a couple of cloves of garlic. Best garlic bread you’ll ever have! But this can be used for sauces, soups 🍜 , marinades, dressings, mashed 🥔, sandwich 🥪 spreads and more!
